This is according to John Coetzee, one of the Executive Directors of Uvest Property Group, who says this is the result of a R150 million deal between Trinity Projects and Sitari Country Estate Pty Ltd, which establishes Trinity Projects as accredited provider of the turnkey Country Homes at Sitari.
“We announced at the launch of Sitari back in July 2014 that we would allow a select number of top property developers to join with us in helping to get Sitari Country Estate complete within seven years. The sheer size of the estate at 192 hectares makes this a necessity.”
He says Trinity Projects is a reputable developer with a solid track-record for excellent build quality and value for money.
“We are sure that these Country Homes will sell out fast, like the rest of our offerings at Sitari have, as they will appeal to larger families who require more space,” says Coetzee.
Chairman of Trinity Projects, Leslie Viljoen, says the first phase of 50 completed Country Homes will offer quality three bedroom homes with top-class finishes.
“Each home is predesigned by Trinity and BPAS Architecture and allocated to specific erven to form a cohesive streetscape, as well as complying with the stringent Sitari architectural and urban planning guidelines,” says Viljoen.
“The first batch of 13 Country Homes is being offered at a special launch price of from R2.495 million to R2.935 million, including VAT.”
With the plots and apartments in phase one sold out and phase two experiencing aggressive demand, the Country Homes are expected to move quickly, says Joubert.
Construction of the show village of Country Homes is set to start in November/December 2015 and to be complete by May/June 2016.
Trinity Projects Managing Director, Erik Joubert, says they are the largest developers at Sitari Country Estate who are accredited to sell completed Country Homes.
“Our turnkey product ensures a seamless process designed to take the stress out of purchasing a new home, with easy access to bond finance and handover on time. An important factor in the rollout of Sitari Country Estate is that construction on all the elements ensuring a true country lifestyle of convenience has commenced. Construction of the Curro Sitari School campus is well underway.”
